Note Making : New Policy. (Patreon)

I made a new policy.Agent Tier had less authority compared to the cost of donating. so, I will give the Agent and Teacher a choice of next content.Popularity voting is reference for content production, but it does not determine the order of content.

This policy may be changed after hearing your opinions. Please give me your opinion often. I'm reading all the comments from Patreon.I'm sorry not much I can give you.All I can do is make the game more fun.Thank you for always supporting me.This policy takes effect from v0.22.
