These characters are from "Maou Gakuen no Hangyakusha", a Light Novel/Manga series on which the guy discovers he has the powers of a demon king (the "Maou") and instantly gets a harem with lots of hot chicks willingly clinging over him because... Because.

Ah, and he gets powers based on arcanas (Lovers, being the first one), but outside of that, there are at least other 4 Light Novels with the exact plot lmao

The girls are cute, though. I can see the author has a thing for gyarus.

Ah yes, the best reason for hot girls to randomly throw themselves at you... *Because*! Not even the bullshit excuses of 'magnetism', 'pheromones', or just 'power'. They just... they just do, okay?! Ignore all plot holes and the lack of personality development! The sudden switch of going from a 'completely normal guy' (relatable, am I right, audience?) to being the next demon king, which somehow everyone at his new school knows, and all the girls wanting a piece of him because he's the demon king. It's good the protagonist always gets lots of girls in these stories, because holy shit are they shallow. At least they're cute.

LMAO you summarized my problems with light novels with self insert protagonists. My hate boner increases when the following appear as well: magic system and class system that works like Dragon Quest, monsters that are just sacks of XP, adventuring ranking system, european-medieval setting with annachronic technologies, "I miss rice so much, even though I left my family back home when I was isekai'd" and protagonist engaging with the slavery system to get a sexy slave elf. Wait, maybe I've been watching too much crap isekai. Sorry, that's my guilty pleasure trash, I can't help myself T_T

I don't blame you, haha! You only need to watch/read one crap isekai to get most of the tropes you named. I've seen some things done better, like the adventurer ranking system actually working to protect inexperienced adventurers, assign higher ranking mentors, etc. But there were definitely also worse things, like the protagonist "freeing" one pretty slave girl while ignoring the literal dozens of other slaves. The thing about magic too is that once it's been introduced, you get the issue of "where does it stop?" Like, if magic can do 'A', why not 'B' as well? It's really hard to find a well-written isekai that's not just some weeaboo shut-in's harem fantasy, self-insert power trip.
