Alicia hunting werewolves (Patreon)

Why the merchant's guild created a product which has "silver" in the name but it doesn't work as a weapon, but instead is a super powerful aphrodisiac who turns demihumans - werewolves, in particular - in extremely horny sex gods? What were they thinkingggg?

Alicia never was good reading labels. She's the only one from her adventuring group with some money to spare, but she got used to just throw it around without checking if she's even getting the right tool for a specific job. In this situation, her job was dealing with werewolves invading the merchant's guild trade routes.

Normally a bit of silver weapons would be enough to smack them around and send them whimpering back to their mothers. Werewolves were nomadic and their clan would quickly find out the guild doesn't play around and it was time to stop raiding rich innocent merchants - but pure silver weapons are also extremely expensive and fragile.

That's why silver powder exists! Coat your weapon with it and it has the same effects as silver! Werewolves hate this trick!

However, alchemical silver has the same appearence as silver powder and often both products are switched. That was something Alicia quickly learned the first time she went to patrol the trade routes during a night: not only it was innefective in scaring werewolves, those guys became rock hard the instant they sniffed the thing.

She already experienced werewolves before, but their disposition was clearly in another level!

Next patrol she bought even more alchemical silver. Same result. It was like the "God of Wine and Debauchery" was possessing these guys, venerating Alicia's body as she was the last woman on earth.

It was one of the best nights she ever experienced. She just... used all alchemical silver she had. She would need to stock up more. Just one more time before she actually finishes her job.

When she was back for the third time, the shopkeeper was getting arrested by the FTC for selling products with the wrong labels and misleading customers.

The next day, a dejected Alicia fulfiled her duty of patrolling the trade routes. She defeated several werewolves, but not once they popped a boner looking at her.
