After enjoying my first cruise last December, I decided to go on another this year and the place that was on my 'must go' list was Norway. So I booked a week with P&O and this video is my review of the trip.

Beautiful Norway! And it’s empty. Introverts’ paradise. I was lucky enough to be invited there once by a Norwegian colleague who turned out to be a fully qualified mountain guide. I must say that on-board experience for me felt like being stuck in the Trafford Centre for a week.

Good evening David. I messaged you on instagram (I do not like that platform) Anyway so many of your complaints about the Iona my husband and I can relate to. Noise, crowds, libraries. WHY can't there be one quiet place on the ship!? I am somewhat of a foodie but enjoy the main dining room. I hope you continue cruising and reviewing! You do a great job with it. I second trying Cunard. We are sailing the Queen Mary 2 for Christmas and New Years. We will try the Queen Victoria next fall from Barcelona to the Greek Islands.

Hello! I replied on Instagram but share your feelings about it 🤣 Unfortunately, Cunard is far too posh and expensive for me; and I'm a man of simple tastes so I don't think I'd fit in there. I'm going to try Ambassador Cruises next I hope.
