Just subscribed to your patreon, I needed more riveting content! lol Do they seriously state on food products what number you should set your gas oven to? Are oven temperatures regulated in some way to correlate to oven settings? I''m sure I'm reading too much into this, I'm just constantly amazed at how America lags behind the rest of the world lol

Yes; I don't offhand know that the temps are but food tends to have it listed as both "Gas Mark" (1-7) as well as a temperature for electric ovens. And an adjustment for fan ovens too!
