Now you will better be able to see all of the drips waiting to fall on you and the cobwebs waiting to ensnare you and the spiders lurking about ready to attack you. Is that an improvement? About the blinding effect of the new light, you might be able to find or fashion something akin to a blinder or blinker like those found on horses’ harnesses. Some lights are sold with those blinders.

A question for you and a possible subject for a future vlog. The dankness of a tunnel reminded me of this. At this time of the year RVs in the north often are plagued by excessive moisture, depending on how they are heated. Since you live slightly below the water and surrounded by it, is excessive moisture a problem? How do you cope with it, if it is a problem?

Yes, moisture on the boat can be a problem; I get a lot of condensation forming on the windows which are cold with the boat interior being hot. All you can do is mop it down really; I tried a (rather cheap) dehumidifier but it didn't do much. Some boaters install proper dehumidifiers so maybe that's the next step but they're quite noisy :-(
