Edraelle's sex scene

The sex scene with Edraelle has seen a MASSIVE overhaul including new art, animatics, sounds, and special effects!

We've been sharing this in Cheeky Weeklies, but here's a comparison between the old image set versus the new scene. However, even this barely scratches the surface of what's been added, improved, and edited to create a whole new experience!

Idle Breathing Animation

A subtle but significant change, for a while now we've wanted to add a little breath of life into the game's visuals. We actually tried to get this working for the last update, but ultimately were unable to do so because of difficulties implementing it. But here it is now, and we feel it adds a nice sense of activity to really help draw you into the scenes.

Disclaimer changes

The disclaimer at the beginning of the game has been changed to an in-character description by Meliara herself, just to make it a little more engaging. Additionally, we've added the update summary as an optional part of the disclaimer, so that returning players can easily see what's new without having to play through the entire game again!

Daberos Rewrites

We made huge changes to the Daberos date last update, but even still we felt like there was room for improvement. With a little editing, rearranging, and some rewrites we feel like the way the date plays out should be a lot more intriguing and exciting, especially for new players.

Pregnancy Test Fixes

The pregnancy test is by far the biggest and most complex chapter of the game thus far, and as such it was almost inevitable that there would be a few issues. We've taken the time to go over the scene again and fix anything we could find, including some issues with the test results you could get (player seed gets a buff!) as well as the piercings menu. Basically, a number of bug fixes.

What's Next?

First off, we are updating the demo as well, adding the relevant changes to what's available in the demo. You can expect that update sometime later this week!

After the previous update, version 0.9.6, we felt that we had gained enough new knowledge and expertise to really elevate the level of quality of the sex scenes in the game. This version is largely a result of those efforts, mainly being focused on the changes to one scene. We're planning to make similar changes to the rest of the game's sex scenes, to bring everything up to this consistent level of quality.

Going forward we're going to release more frequent game updates, albeit each one will likely be smaller in scope. We're expecting to release an update each time we overhaul a scene or add a new one, so look forward to that!

We do want to start working on new scenes and have many of them planned, but before we are at that point, we want to have a consistent quality throughout the game.
