The Seeding Curse Devlog #17 | Leena Overhaul and Pregnancy Catch-up! (Patreon)

Fair warning: If you are a paid member of our Patreon you have probably already seen all of this. This week there won't be a Cheeky Weekly. It's been a long time since the last update so we thought it important to post a Devlog to let everyone know what we've been working on. Especially since we are approaching the next update!

Hi everyone!

It's been a while since our last devlog and we thought it's about time we bring you all up to date to what's been going on. Just in case you don't know, we post shorter more informal devlogs almost every week on Patreon, detailing progress on the work for the game as well as our other projects. For example, our weekly gaming streams, Cheeky's other art projects and Princess' journey into learning to use the game engine Godot!

So what's new?

After the Edraelle overhaul, we felt very satisfied with the result, so the idea of overhauling every scene in a similar fashion felt natural. As to not rush into an endeavor that would take a long time without knowing if the feeling was reciprocal, we asked our supporters on Patreon whether they'd like to see a similar overhaul for other scenes. As you can see below, the response was almost unanimous.

Before this and before the previous update, we made another poll for our Supporters to vote on their favorite girl from our game to make a short illustrated story with. Leena was the clear winner, so we already had a great candidate for the next overhaul.

Overhaul for Leena and first pregnant scene!

Since Leena seems to be a fan favorite, we felt it would be a great idea to make the next overhaul all about her date. Which is great because we will now be able to feature the overhaul in the game demo as well.

But that's not all... we are also putting out our first Pregnancy Catch-up scene!

We've been talking about doing catch-up scenes for all of the girls for a while. These are meant for the players to see them pregnant, and have fun sex scenes with their bellies full and their breasts overflowing!

It's important to note that after the next update, we will very likely continue doing overhauls for a while before adding any more catch-up scenes. For now this one serves as a great step towards making sure the fans of our game and of pregnancy know that we mean business!

So without further ado here you can see the art update for the Revamp and all the new art for the Catch-up scene.

Animatic Preview

The art for the both the Revamp and Catch-up scene is completed. So now we are working on implementing it into the game.Here is a GIF showcasing what we're working on!

That's about it in regards to the upcoming update for our game. Hope you are as excited about it as we are! We can't give you an exact date of when we'll be finished but rest assured we are going hard at it and hope to have the update out soon.

Character Bios

We've finished up the bios and character sheets for all the main cast of the Seeding Curse! That way people who are booting up the demo for the first time can get an idea of what to expect from each of them, and maybe find a girl they particularly like. It's also a fantastic opportunity to provide some background and insight into our cuties.

Cheeky: This year I wanted to make something with our lovely nerd cutie. I've done an illustration for Pride month for each year but I've never done one with Cass, so I thought this would be the perfect time for her to shine!

#Humanart 2027 Calendar Piece [Work In Progress]

Cheeky: If you follow me on Bluesky, or are subbed to our Patreon you probably already know that I am going to be featured in the next #humanart Calendar project, which is going live on Kickstarter very soon!I got to illustrate the month of December and the organizer said allowed us to use our own OCs. So I decided to do another piece featuring our babies, Meli and Cass! I can't post the full image yet because the project isn't out, but I hope this Work in Progress teaser is enough to convey how great I feel about the end result of this piece!

Sketch Requests

On our Patreon we offer a "Sketch Request" tier which grants a monthly Sketch, and one of our very cool supporters requested some sketches of the TSC girls! While these are not necessarily canon, we thought you might like them anyways!
