Believe it or not two weeks have passed since the last Cheeky bi-Weekly and we are excited to share with you that... the new update is coming out this week! We also have some new details to share about the update and some fun art by Cheeky! So stay a while and listen, I will identify items for you at no charge, the Horadric Cube is quite a treasure, and all those things... anyone play Diablo II?, not me!

The Seeding Curse Update 0.9.10 out this week!

To those who are reading a Cheeky Weekly for for the first time, we're doing a big overhaul of our game. This has been split into multiple updates, very likely one for each of the girls. The latest update was an overhaul of Edraelle's scene, 0.9.8 (which is already out). We are continue to work to bring all scenes up to par, revamping the art, music, sound effects, story and dialogues all throughout the game.

This update has been a long time coming, and we know for a fact many of you will be very happy to see it! Leena has long been one of the fan favorite characters, and we've taken our time making sure that every part of her presence in the game is as high quality as we can realistically achieve!

Major Audio Update

From 200MB to 40MB

As part of version 0.9.10, we've made huge improvements to the audio part of the game. Firstly, the music files have been edited and compressed to make the files much smaller and more compact, without affecting the music quality at all. Without going too into the weeds, we separated the music files into Intros and Loops. This allows us to keep the music files very very short. Before this we had 10-15 minute long tracks, pretty ridiculous!

Voice Bleeps! (Think Deltarune)

On top of this, that extra space has made it easy to add a little vocalization sound to character dialogue. These are called 'voice bleeps.' It was surprisingly easy to add these 'bleeps' to the entire game, and we feel like it really adds a sense of liveliness and character! We can't wait for you to hear them!

Voice Mixer now works!

We were able to map the voice bleeps and voice clips in the game to the Voice Mixer, so this means that if for whatever reason you don't enjoy their voices you can lower the Voice slider in the Preferences menu to shush them elves!

Leena Sticker - #humanart Calendar

The Kickstarter campaign for the #humanart 2027 Calendar is still ongoing, and has reached a new stretch-goal! This adds an amazing sticker on top of the already pretty sweet deal!

For the next stretch goal, Cheeky offered to make some art for a sticker as well. And because we are having a Leena themed update he decided to give some more love to our lovely bodacious elf.

Sketch Request

Our big supporter Lithgrogs (massive cock I hear). Has decided that this month they'd like to have some fun with Atom Eve and Duplikate from Invincible. After Cheeky poked and pressured them for months on end on our Discord server, insisting they should watch Invincible (absolute peak), it seems they have finally decided the show might be good enough to make a Patreon request.
