Future Updates Poll (Patreon)

Hey seeders!

It's not time yet for the Cheeky bi-weekly. But we come to you, our beloved supporters to ask for your input in regards to the next updates!

TL;DR: We will be putting all of our focus on finishing the story, we would like your input in regards to how to present any placeholder art or scenes.

New approach

Up until now, we've been trying to release each update as a fully feature complete chapter, almost as if the game was being released episodically. We've decided that we could take a more streamlined approach, which will make the game's development a lot more efficient.

After some long and hard discussions about what to do next, we've decided that for a few updates we want to focus almost entirely on finishing up the story itself.

Obviously we're hoping this focus on story will allow us to make faster progress on the game, but it would also allow us to fulfill a lot of desires we've had for the narrative for years now.

Once we're satisfied with how the story plays out, we'll take time to go back and complete these scenes in terms of visuals, audio, etc.

So here's the plan:

First, we are going to write all the pregnancy catch-ups, tying them in with the original date scenes.

Following that, we plan to work on the game endings, which we also have a lot of plans for.

Lastly, we would take time to go back and add new assets, flesh out scenes, ensure a consistent level of quality, and just generally polish the whole game to the best of our abilities.

Help us decide!

All that being said, we would like your input for how the scene placeholders should look. Since this would be our first time posting updates without fully fleshed out and polished visuals, we'd like your help with deciding exactly how to present these upcoming chapters.

Which would you like better?

Show the character sprites as you'd see during normal dialogue, with descriptions of what is happening.

Show a rough sketch of the sex scene along with descriptions.

In both cases a disclaimer will show up reminding the player that this is merely a placeholder and it will be replaced eventually. This will also be useful for us to identify which scenes require overhauling or changes since we can always just look for whenever the disclaimer appears.
