Concept 5 body A with head F is dope

I like the idea of the barb hidden and when shown looks like a flower. Give off the feeling that it's natural habitat might something tropical that had big flowers and the like. Kinda like and Orchid mantis. Hiding in plain sight till it's too late.

I like concept 5 B, because of the glowing scales and hidden tail stinger. C or F for the head

I like the idea of the more snake-like head. I def think it should move side-to-side like a lizard to make it really different from the more mammalian movements of the acid spitter. I’d say lean into full reptile!

Personally I really like the first 2 pictures, I think an armored drake without wings is pretty cool and really poses a threat on the ground

I love the body of the third image, But holy heck I adore the tail of the last image with the flower stinger! Personally like the viper head of the third image as well, But the fins remind me a bit of ASD.

i like in the first picture's (number 1) spikes on its back but the body from second picture (number 1) and then the flower tail, that would look awesome

I can't see the difference between pic number 3 and 5 but this is my favourite concept with tail in the same shape of scorpion tail

Honestly I love all of them, but the flower tail design I especially like. Could be like a trap evolved for the bio 🤔

I really like the bottom pictures top body (A) concept and I think it would go nicely with head C or you could make Concept A a male and the B concept a female as sexual dimorphism would be something really cool to see.

My take, the third image for the venom drake (the more viper looking concept). Then instead of just forgetting about the other concepts, reuse the first image for a Tanky drake. I prefer concept 1 with the head it has on the first image, the ram horns are fantastic. Another idea myself and a few others think that it would be great for the tank drake, would be if it’s crouch run was where it turned into a ball and rolled around instead of just running. We don’t have a tanky drake that isn’t a behemoth, and it would be great if we did. Along with adding another unique way for it to move.

Which would also pair nicely with concept 5 A (If its male) if you go the dimorphism route and make that one the Female. I just think it would be cool to add that extra layer to the game. :)

So ... many ... tasty ... concepts!! The longer I look, the more I lean towards the tanky armored variants for Venom. I feel like we have a decent amount of small speedy playstyles; it would be interesting to have a small-er end defensive rock. Not sure how viable it would be against big fliers; BUT having that armored scorpion show up in a cave or other spot one couldn't get distance/fly away would be terrifying xD I think the slicker viper/flower tail looks more ideal for a plasma-typing drake, perhaps~

Overall, I'm leaning toward the more viper/serpent design for the head and body. The key reason for this is very simple: at-a-glance identification. Sure, it's super basic and predictable to use that design for that element, but (especially new) players won't have to think too hard about what they're looking at. Snake = venom, the end. Further, evolution happens for a reason, and convergent evolution is a real thing. It's actually fine. For the record, I don't dislike any of the other head or body styles, just feel they might do better for drakes/wyverns/dragons of other elements. For example, someone else expressed a preference for the tanky body design; while I see their logic, I feel that might better suit as a rock/ice look for the fire/frost drakes. EDIT: Forgot the tail. I see there's a general scorpion design throughout the concepts, which I'm down for. But as much as I like the blade design seen on the serpentine model, I think it might be best to go with the "flower" design to help differentiate from the ASD's spines. The blade design might suit better as an icicle-tail for a frost drake.

As much as I like second page 2 design, it seems too expected as a design, it’s exactly how I’d envision a venom drake. Now, the page with the panther like drake with the hidden barb, that sounds like a fun and unique playable character!

I like the armored, scorpion-esque look. Would be nice to have a smaller, ASD-sized Drake with a bit of extra armor.

love the concepts! personally i love the cat like concept where the spines flare up! where the barb is hidden until provoked! maybe give us like a key to open or close the barb's protective cover? as well i like concept 5 B with E head, my favorite is the cat like one though

Concept 5 (the last pic); B Variation; C Head. I love the way it looks like flower petals, hiding a venomous stinger in the tail. C style Head just carries that same flavor, especially if the frill moved and emoted like the ASD where it flared when the tails did. SUPERB Danger Warning. --- Does anybody know what niche this dragon is supposed to be? Is it a stealth hunter, a brute, a speed striker for hit and run?? Because while I love the Head and Tail concept from #5.B [Pic 6; B Variant Tail; C Variant Head] if its not going to be a speed dragon then I think those parts should be chopped off the sleek body and placed on the NECK and TORSO of the armored [Pic 2; Concept 1] style.

I like the body on the 4th page (drake that is fully colored) For the head i would go with Concept F with the large horns from D. Though I am torn about either a flower like tail or a scorpion like tail
