Just started playing again, I am a Patreon owner from before full launch. I just redownloaded, and keep getting a kick bug that keeps kicking me out of the game, any thoughts on how to fix this problem?

anyone know on average how long it takes to get the crim skin from the %15 reward? i'm hoping the holiday is what's holding up the code.

If I remember correctly, codes are (or were) distributed weekly. So depending on when you pledged for the tier, you may still have a little time to wait. If, however, you've already waited a week or more, do send a message via the message link on the right side of the screen below the DoD banner—let them know when you pledged so it'll be easier to look you up. Only one person distributes the keys, so if there's a personal emergency or some other issue, the keys can be delayed; alternatively, you were just overlooked because of a bug in the system or an influx of pledges.

Double check your pledge and confirm that you have paid the full $200 or $300 needed to receive the lifetime rewards, as the tiers associated with those rewards normally only charge $20 or $30 per month, and require you to manually adjust your pledge if you wish to immediately qualify. If you check your pledge and confirm you have paid the full amount, check how long you've been waiting. Last I was aware, reward codes are distributed weekly, so if you haven't waited a full week yet then please do so before taking the next step. If you have waited a week or more, send a message via the message link on the right side of your screen below the DoD banner—include the date you pledged the full amount for the lifetime rewards so it will be easier to find your records. The codes are distributed by a human being, and there is always the chance that personal emergencies, bugs, or mistakes cause delays.
