It looks awesome! But I do not see any difference from the last post. In my opinion, the only thing that I would change are the horns. I think they look too frail, too much like small branches. Maybe do another type of horns if you want to keep them?

I think I know what people mean with frail horns, but this dragons is going to be an aqautic type dragon, like the blitzstriker is an lighting kind of dragon. And I think that if they change the horns too much, there is no more aquatic dragon. I really like this and previous posts!

i just dont know how to feel about the hair on the chin touching the throat i think they need to shorten it

Horns are only thing I don't like. I would wish that female has 3 those ribbon fins. Two smaller ones

I agree the horns seem smaller than I would like. Maybe lean more into a coral type horn shape?
