We have two kids together and we’re happily married now. But there was a lot of times where we weren’t happy we had money, but we weren’t happy. Sadly, I don’t think this is the bottom for Foley. With how unwilling he is to admit his wrongs, I can’t help but think that it’s only going to get worse. As an addict in recovery, I truly hope he stays clean but he’s still living in an addict mindset. As a person in AA - Foley is not in active recovery. He also should definitely not be dating in the first year of sobriety. It steals focus (which it’s obviously currently doing) from his sobriety. If that’s too hard, he’s not ready to get sober. There’s no way he’s working steps. Also, Kevin really needs to go to AlAnon in order to continue working with Foley. It’s what it’s there for.
