Team defend your family at all costs. This city mentality of oh you're not hard if you're not ok with getting shook down every so often works in your young age. But in your 40s? Do you really want your wife to see you dominated by another man? This is one of those things that won't come up five years later as she's filing for divorce but she sees it even if she doesn't recognize it. It will diminish her respect for you. Even if it's internally and she's not aware of why she has the ick.

He said his brother stopped talking to him 6 months ago. That's roughly when he relapsed in Austin. I'm sure that there has been all kinds of lying and financial B.S. over 30 years of addiction. Sometimes there is a straw that breaks the camel's back

In all the years I've been a fan, there's only 3 pieces of information I need from them; Exactly why they fired Toby, Exactly why Foley got divorced, What caused this latest family strife. And you can't really consider that a relapse lol he wasn't sober. He got off pills and coke awhile back and convinced himself he was clean, but all he did was transfer his addiction to food, alcohol, and whatever else he could get his hands on besides pills and coke. I've been commenting about it for a long time now and pretty much predicted what was coming, because I've lived it myself lol. Which is why I can predict what's coming next, an actual relapse. He is so codependent and afraid to be alone that he immediately jumped into another relationship, which is a huge mistake this early in sobriety.

Yes taking pills would have been a relapse IF he had been sober at the time, but he wasn't. He had just transferred his addiction to other substances and to food
