Neeko Vs Sailor Moon - Time Stop (Video) (Patreon)

Wherever I go, there is an image with this challenge, what did I decide to do? Also to participate, finally, with that I ended up creating this GIF with our wanted Neeko Futa.

For those who do not know who she is, she is the protagonist of my story, she got a control that can stop time, if possible, take a look.
