New page with our doofy dogs! :3

I'm feeling pretty good about my new methods of madness with this volume. During my break, I tried to brainstorm minimizing burnout while staying consistent in posting, and I've been breaking main comic work into three chunks of labor- Sketch/Linework, Flats/Body shading, and Background/Finishing touches. There were several times where I'd simply try to rip through the comic pages in as long of work sessions as possible, which led to me feeling horribly mentally hungover in between projects. So hey! Forced moderation may be a win for all of us.

You also might have noticed I added the title and my Patreon link on the bottom of the page. I figured that for online posting that this would be mutually helpful- readers can immediately see which book the page is from, and those discovering the comic through leak sites can trace it directly back to me. Yay!

I'm gonna let the pendulum swing back and forth between Curse of the Were-Coop and Rail, so expect a stinky wolf post next time a new comic page drops! 🐾🌕

If Fletcher ever goes being the usual ribbing (or makes a move on Emery) it wouldn't be out of the question. Fletcher has some standards though, as we saw with River. He's got more going on than the persona he puts on for everyone.

Yet, he’s still flirting with River as the last page shows, and he’s acting like an anime villain here after he said he was afraid that Coop would embarrass him if he put him on stage. Until Fletcher’s nature in full is shown, from my end, all bets are off.

My head cannon is that Waldren and Noah are in their early to mid 50s. Fletcher is in his mid to late 30s. He's a former porn star and still got it. Everyone else is in their early to mid 20s.

I read the comic where Noah tells his backstory. They show when Waldren and Fletch meet. It made me wonder if Waldren and Fletch ever hooked up when they first met. That would be a cool scene.

I feel like they have a peak frenemy relationship in that they both adore Emory and grudginly respect each other but simply cannot exist in the same quarter mile without at least a hearty attempt to take the piss. ("hey, don't stand here where it's loud and Noah is going to just hurt more and more as he's on his feet, come to VIP where you can hear yourselves think and sit down" is actually EXTREMELY thoughtful but he has a douchebag pornstar club owner persona to maintain so....)

...wha...? i was talking about how heavy the lines were in relation to the scale of the face and how it wasnt rendered in the way he does most of his stuff. its a more "graphic" style that i really like.

Appropriate. However. rest assured that he is not a threat. He's giving good fan service to his gullible client, but Noah is the cutest bean to ever exist in any timeline, and Waldren appreciates that when push comes to shove. It's why his thing with Andy didn't end in abject disaster. He's a prize because he actually cares.

Fletch and Waldren are friends. we have seen them interact in several flashbacks. Emery is already an investor. This isn't weird or manipulative behavior. I suspect this is just pointing out the clash between Emery's laid back vibe and Fletch's in-your-face intensity. Emery obviously isn't jealous when Waldren recently pounded the hell out of Andy whilst Andy was simultaneously invading Emery's butt.

If I’m not mistaken I don’t think Fletcher knew Emory before he knew Noah. Emory met Noah, who introduced him to the old gay men club, which is then where Emory first laid heart eyes on The Fletch. <3
