Not sure if I remember well, but I think Mark stays at his uncle's place a certain period of the year. I think that in the 4th panel, what Noah means is "See ya at home then? Since it seems you're in town..." or something like that..

Stupid question that is almost completely unrelated to the above panels just popped into my head. Does Andy have parents? Have they just never appeared? Are they dead? Are they just not a part of Andy’s life? Or are they just not really some people that show up in the story but are completely fine and supportive? … Or am I just forgetting something? (It’s probably the last one but I still had to ask.)

By what I remember: Andy's parents have never been mentioned. Only a little brother who suffered from panic attacks. Seeing at how wholesomely Andy grew up, I'm keen to think he had supportive parents, but so far they've totally been out of scope. Somehow, today I feel like writing unsolicited replies. Sorry for sticking my nose.

Given everything that’s happened between them, and the fact that River’s lied to Coop twice (once after his birthday and again other after the Rail photo shoot)…I think we’re going to see a lot more moments with River and Cooper together, regardless of the shipping.
