Cooper is in kind of in denial right now. He has feelings for Andy, but doesn't want to admit it. Meanwhile, he sees Andy not only get the job that he wanted, but a relationship along with it. Cooper hates himself for not opening up to Andy, but is also jealous of what Andy has. Either way, it's not going well.
