It looks like Andy is mad that Emery cheated on him, but as implied on the last page, he's alright with it as long as he can still play with his boss

Looks like Andy is just trying to piece together when and how Emery and Noah became a thing. Given the last page Jackaloo gave us, it seems like being able to vent a bit may very well help Andy approach confusing situations with a bit more of a level head. Talk therapy does a world of good for people, even if it's in the form of just talking it out with someone close to you. Reminds me that I need to get together with my therapist again soon.
