I posted this to my subreddit so I could say it once and reach the most people, but I'd like to leave you a link as well, if you'd like to read it.

Please take all the time you need. What you've built isn't going to crumble. It will still be there. You've got so many people who are in your corner. I know I don't really know you on a personal level, but as someone who also has major depression, I'm proud of you for sharing what you have.

Don’t worry about your work and commitments as your health and well being always comes first. We can wait for your works as we always wish to see you in good shape first. Be kind to yourself as you are doing all that you can during these times, even if it’s just the basic necessities. I at times feel like I’m numb at times and am just running on autopilot on doing my duties until times are better. All will be well in due time.

Take care! We just passed blue Monday (apparently the saddest day of the year) I know I was feeling like shit and so fed up with everything lately. Feeling better today. Sending my good vibes to you. Rest up we will be here for you.

Thank you so much. It is a major pain in the ass. 0/10, would like a refund from the experience, would not recommend. I'm proud of you for being alive as well. It's not easy, and some days it takes all I have and more.
