The beginning of Spring had officially come and gone, but old man Winter was still hanging on to the Flagston's small Connecticut town. The snows were gone, but the cold nights and long, grey, dreary days seemed to linger on forever. Cooped up inside, the Flagstons made do in whatever way they could, entertaining themselves until the trees started to turn green and the doldrums of Winter were officially over.

Unlike the kids' summer vacation, winter break, or even Spring Break, this was just another grind time of year for the family patron. Up and out the door in the morning, into the grey gloom, not to see home and family again until quitting time. Come home, have dinner, maybe watch some TV, then off to bed...and repeat, ad infinitum. Chip, too, was stuck in a similarly stagnant loop, what with the kids cooped up in the house with Lois all day, for the most part, he was unable to partake in his favorite pastime...pounding Lois into the mattress at any given opportunity.

What with his now full-time job at the grocery store, he and Lois were reduced to her only occasionally being able to sneak in Chip's room in the middle of the night.

Another grey morning had settled in, the kids having just climbed aboard the school bus, leaving Lois alone for the day. Sure, there were plenty of chores around the house to keep her occupied until the bus came around in the afternoon, but... Day in and day out, the same old routine, over and over...it was enough to drive even the hardiest of north-eastern housewives a little stir crazy.

Sitting in front of the TV, Lois resigns herself to folding a basket of freshly washed laundry as some fake-smiled talk show host drones on about the latest fad diet. Daydreaming, she reflects on last night's short-lived prowl into Chip's room, prematurely aborted due to one of the youngsters getting out of bed in the wee hours of the morning. No sooner had she rid herself of her nightgown, slid beneath the young man's sheet, and been eagerly greeted by his rock-hard member, than came an untimely...

Dot: Mommy, can I have a glass of water?

Lois: (sighing, annoyed) Okay, sweetie. I'll be there in just a second.

The youngster skitters off towards the bathroom, leaving Lois to growl under her breath as she flips the bed covers aside. Her gown reacquired, she shuffles toward the door and the seemingly dehydrated child beyond. Hydration attained, Dot makes her way back toward her bedroom, her mother in tow to make sure she stays there...but not before the child poses an awkward question.

Dot: Mommy, why were you in bed with Chip?

Lois blinks for a second, slightly taken aback by the question, and at first not knowing how to respond.

Lois: Chip was... Remember when you or Ditto had a bad dream? ...and how I’d cuddle with you until you fell asleep?

Dot: Yeah.

Lois: Well, big boys have nightmares too.

Dot: Ohhhh, okay.

After a good night kiss and closing the child's bedroom door...allowing for enough of a crack to let in some light, and thusly keeping the 'monster under the bed' at bay...Lois meanders back to where she'd started. Her nightgown cast aside, the housewife again slips between Chip's sheets, grinning as she pats the bed with her hand, feigning a search for...

Lois: Ah, there you are.

Lois wraps her fingers around his enormity as she straddles his hips, not wanting to waste a single moment of having him inside her...until the inevitable, early morning alarm clocks start to go off. His enormous head pressed against her already slicked labia, Lois takes in an aching-sounding inhale, eager to thrust herself down the young man's thick, veined shaft. Chips' hands gripping her hips, he grins up at her in anticipation until....

Ditto: M-m-mommy, I had a nightmare.

Lois blinks back to the present, the talking heads on the television having shifted to a B-list celebrity interview. Down through the basket of laundry, mostly under-things and tiny tee-shirts, the housewife cocks her head at something out of place.

Lois: (aloud, to herself) Huh. How did you get in there?

Bright pink against the rest of the dull colors, Lois pulls out a racy fishnet body stocking, looking at it with a quizzical, upturned eyebrow. She can't remember the last time she'd worn it. Chip's birthday after-party, maybe? Or was it the New Year's before, letting him drink champagne from between her breasts? Regardless, Lois glances up at the clock on the fireplace mantle, then back at the naughty garment with a salacious little smirk.

An hour later, in the midst of mindlessly stacking cans of green beans under the grocery store's soul-killing fluorescent lights, Chip has been counting the seconds until quitting time since...well, since he punched the time clock some four hours before. What little sleep he'd gotten the night before was restless, to say the least...having been inadvertently cock-blocked, not once, but twice, by his younger siblings.

The stock-boy blinks back to reality, reaching to fetch his vibrating cell phone from his back pocket. It's probably just one of his less-than-employed friends bro-dogging him about how good some video game is...or his on-again, off-again girlfriend sending him -yet another- mildly amusing cat video. It's nearly lunchtime...and another four hours after that until he can punch out for the day...so, any distraction is a welcome one.

Chip: (aloud) Holy shhhh...!!

A passing customer scrunches her nose at the young man as she passes, mildly offended by the stock boy's outburst. Chip, oblivious to the customer, ogles at the selfie he's just received...Lois, kneeling in the middle of his bed, wearing nothing but pink high heels and a...

Chip: (aloud) Is that fishnet?

The same customer, now with a fully offended expression on her face, lets out an aghast-sounding 'hmph' as she hurries off in search of the store manager. A second later, and Chip receives a follow-up text...

Lois: (texting) Come* home for lunch.
