Way back in 2019, what with the Tweebs still dabbling in cloning, Home Movies - Part 7 was originally going to be just that...Jim and Tim filming as Joss (and various others) went at with their home-brewed doppelgangers. I got as far as creating Joss-on-Joss and was debating on who else should be in it, when it occurred to me that the whole premise was straying waaay away from the origin...that the Possible's were producing adult films in order to make ends meet after daddy Disney pulled out of Middleton. If the Tweebs had enough funds to create a few clones, then they most certainly don't need to be making dirty movies to pay the power bill. Dolly the sheep, for example, cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $20-25M U.S. in 1996.

Instead, the Tweebs went with a much cheaper option...recruiting cute toons from other cancelled series and put them in front of the camera for a few bucks.
