Dr Drakken often gets his funding for various world domination (or at a minimum, Middleton domination) schemes and doomsday devices by way of good old fashioned theft.  Occasionally however, when especially cash-strapped, ransoming some kidnap victim isn't an unknown to him.

Doc however, has been known to nab the wrong person from time to time.

Either way they can still practice interrogation techniques...

Yeah, I'd just assume not see them breaking out the jumper cables and car batteries on lil' Melissa. Feathers and varying sizes of dildos however.... *looks at doe eyed and innocent* :P :D

Did not even consider jumper cables and car batteries...now that you mentioned the idea...hmmm..I think there is a 24v marine battery around here somewhere...

Well, we're talkin' supervilliany here...gotta be plenty of 48V hybrid batteries laying around. You know, for all those hover-tanks and flying submarines. Wait, wait...no, no...scratch that. We're interrogating....not making fried chicken. We'll just stick to various insertions. :P

Question is would he even bother with interrogation when Shego tells him he doesn't have KP. More than likely he'd just ransom her back to her parents and enjoy the Web feed Shego was watching.

Yeah Doctor D ain't always been the smartest villain out there, but in terms of boasting he's unsurpassed. Anyway I've always considered Shego to be the real brains of the two.

Touchee, but in my book sometimes common sense is smarter than smart brains.

Exactly! But he would still mistakenly try...especially if he made the obvious mistake of thinking she was Kim...but when Kim doesn't show...they can always pull out the jumper cables...er,uh..I mean feathers...yeah feathers.
