Update: Re-wrote the story.

It's late in the evening at the law offices of Sebben and Sebben as Harvey looks over a new case.  Everyone else in the building has long since gone home, leaving only himself and his new intern to slog through mountains of documents.  Gerald Jinx "Jerry" Mouse v. Thomas Jasper "Tom" Cat Sr., collectively known as 'Tom and Jerry".  It's nothing new, just your run of the mill stalker / defamation / assault and battery lawsuit...and counter-suit.

Harvey, sitting at his desk flipping through the initial brief, pays little attention to Judy (aka Birdgirl) as she saunters in from the outer office.  A cup of coffee in either hand, she sets one down in front of the senior lawyer and then sashays around, sitting down on the edge of desk next to him.  Birdman takes no notice, oblivious to the intern's shorter than usual skirt as it rides up her thigh, exposing her garter belt.

Judy: Black with two sugars.  Just the way you like it.

Harvey: Jiminy Cricket!  These two have been going at it since 1940?  Urgh.  It's going to take forever to go through...  Oy vey.  Sixty years worth of evidence.

Biting the corner of her lower lip, Judy runs a fingertip down Harvey's lapel, hooking a finger into his top coat button.

Judy: So, we're going to be spending a lot of late nights at the office?

Harvey: Hah!  We...and by 'we', I mean 'you'...will be spending a lot of time down in the courthouse basement, sifting through mountains of moldy, old documents.

Hours pass as Harvey studies the paperwork piled on his desk, Judy repeatedly doing all manner of overt gestures to get his attention.  Rubbing her more than ample breasts against his back as she looks over his shoulder, feigning interest in some document or another.  Playing with the wisps of hair that stick out from beneath his cowl, breathing heavily into his ear as he rambles on about jurisprudence.  Even going so far as to uncross her legs as she sits across from him, like a scene cut straight from Basic Instinct.

Judy, a complete stranger to having her advances rebuffed, glances over at Avenger, gesturing towards Birdman with a sideways jerk of her head.  Harvey's long-time winged sidekick, previously content with sitting on his perch and preening himself, looks over at her.

Judy: (whispering) Is he usually this...?  What's the word I'm looking for?  Dense?

Avenger looks at Birdman, rolling his eyes while bobbing his head from side to side as if to say 'pretty much'.  Shaking her head, sighing heavily, Judy gets up from her seat and crosses the room.  Bent at the waist to show off her 'assets', she digs through a gym bag laying in the corner, looking over her shoulder to see if Harvey is paying attention.  Nothing, not even a raised eyebrow.

Returning to her seat, a heavy book in hand, she gives Avenger a raised eyebrow, cocking her head to one side as if to say 'what now?'  Avenger ignores her, having gone back to preening himself.

Judy: Alright.  Time to consult my Superhero Sidekick Handbook.

Leafing through the weighty volume, Judy talks to herself, trying to find some instruction from the tome.

Judy: Sex.  Sexual advances.  Sexual arousal.  Sexual relations. AH-HAH!  Sexual relations with superheros...see: Sex, noun /seks/ Sexual activity, including specifically sexual intercourse.  Urgh.  Yeah, that was a big help.

Slamming the book shut and tossing it aside, Judy growls in annoyance.  Harvey, his reading glasses perched on the end of his nose, looks over the two-foot-high pile of document folders sitting in front of him.

Harvey: You say something?  Could really use some more coffee.

Avenger raises an eyebrow, watching as the buxom and curvaceous intern rises from her chair. Groaning under her breath...but outwardly smiling...she grabs Harvey's coffee cup, turns and saunters towards the door, popping her hips as she goes.  On the way out she gives the barrister a vaguely flirtatious-sounding reply.

Judy: Black with two sugars.  Coming right up, super lawyer.

Down the hall and into the break room, Judy eyes the coffee maker with contempt.  It's not as if she has any real sexual attraction to Harvey, far from it in fact.  Sure, he's a superhero...a washed-up superhero at that...but that's not what interests her.  He is, however, the number two lawyer in the firm...getting him in the sack is a sure-fired way to climb that corporate ladder and show her father that all of those years of college wasn't a waist of her time...and his money.

Her choices are pretty limited.  She can either figure out how to get Captain Wingtip's full and undivided attention -or- seduce the number one lawyer in the firm.  Judy visibly shivers all over...an acute attack of the heebie-jeebies...irked at the mere thought of going down on Peter Potamus, Esquire.

Judy: Eeeuuuww!

But how...?  How to get the worlds most socially inept lawyer to want to bend the boss' daughter over his desk and make her scream for it?  Pulling the carafe out of the coffee maker, she's just about to pour some of the black liquid into Harvey's cup.  Raising an eyebrow, the corner of her mouth upturning into a salacious half-smile, a naughty idea begins to form.

Five minutes later, Birdman looks up in irritation...somewhere under the piles of paper on his desk his cell phone sounds an alert tone.  Grumbling, he lifts folder after folder, a stack of paper falling off his desk as he searches for the mislaid device.

Harvey: Criminy!  Who could possibly be texting me at...  (looks at his watch) Half-past midnight?

Finally uncovering his phone, Birdman looks to see who it is.  Half-expecting to see a semi-decipherable, drunken text from Phil...or the obligatory 'you get that thing I sent-cha' from Potamus...it's actually from Judy.

Harvey: Great.  Don't tell me we're outta coffee.

Harvey clicks the message icon and a buffering pinwheel appears...his ancient Blackberry gets a little buggy with picture attachments...the caption below it reading: Keepin' your Lucky Mug warm!  What seems like eons later, the picture appears...Harvey does a double-take, blinking, not quite comprehending what he's seeing.  Judy, her white blouse unbuttoned to reveal a tight-fitting push-up bra, the areolas of her tan lined D-cups just visible over the taught fabric.  The undergarment itself barely restrains her breasts from spilling out.  Nestled between the two ample mountains is Harvey's favorite coffee mug.

Harvey: (talking as he types) Don't - hurt - lucky - mug - exclamation point!

Before he can hit 'send' a second alert sounds, another picture attachment pinwheeling away.  Birdman simply sits there, wide-eyed, finger poised over the button.  Avenger looks up from grooming himself, feigning interest, then goes back to straighten his feathers.

Harvey: Holy Alex Toth's ghost!

Laying face-up atop one of the break room tables, naked except for a pair of black stiletto heels and matching stockings, Judy beams back at the cell phone in her outstretched arm, her other hand smooshing a tan-lined breast .  Sitting between her legs, just visible over her tangerine tinted landing strip, is Harvey's Lucky Mug.  Another text arrives, the caption reading: Needs cream! -eggplant emoji- -splashing sweat emoji-

Harvey: She...  She knows I don't like cream in my coffee!

Avenger: Caw!

Harvey: What do you mean: "it's a euphamism"?  She...

The ever-naive lawyer has a sudden moment of clarity.  Breasts pressed against his wings, a tongue flicking near his earlobe, fingertips unbutton his coat...a vision of Judy dressed in all white, emulating Sharon Stone.  All of Judy's less-than-subtle innuendoes and lurid intimations come flooding back to him.

Harvey: Ohhhhh...

Avenger rolls his eyes.

Judy: Oh, what?

The corner of her mouth upturned in a sultry smile, Judy stands in the doorway, hip leaned again the door frame.  Having dispensed with the stilettos, now all she's wearing is a set of too-tight opaque black stockings, her shapely thighs bulging over the top welts.  Harvey's mug held to her chest, she takes a sip of the dark brew.

Beneath the desk, a faint 'thump' can be heard...the sound of something fleshy contacting the wooden drawer bottom.  Judy grins around the coffee mug, her muffled voice echoing inside the cup.

Judy: Ohh, indeed.
