Very heartfelt post. I lived in Russia for four years, have Russian friends who are now out of the country. And while I fully support Ukraine and their efforts to defend themselves and become a free and democratic country in Europe. I weep for the young men who are lied to and have their lives destroyed needlessly from Russia. Thank you for sharing and reminding us the true cost of this war..
