If that penalty ticket was issued by 2 Russian police officers, was that a "ZZ Cop"?! Also, are the Ukrainians not likely to do a diversionary tactic, e.g in Kherson or Bakhmut where the Russians are probably anticipating, but actually going in mob-handed further north like Luhansk?

I have the same suspicion. Taking the northern part first could be easier and then continuing south, east of russian border defenses. Since everyone is talking about Melitopol, maybe that will come later?
