I have a question for you. It's probably quite rude and I am sorry. If you had stayed in Russia, do you feel that you would have fallen for the propaganda? From my own experience, people who engage in international travel tend to be a bit more intellectually competent. (I don't know if that's the best way to put it.) They tend to be a bit better at seeing the motivations of others and a bit more resistant to propaganda. That said, I always wonder what my life would have been like if I had grown up in such a place. In many ways, I guess I did. I grew up in a city and a state that is dominated by the extreme right. The people of my home town get violent if you mention any support for Ukraine. I would like to think that I would have resisted Russian and Soviet propaganda.

I joined your Patreon page because I appreciate your hard work. You have earned and deserve all the support and admiration we can give you. It's strange how often we get love, respect and understanding from people who aren't a part of our family. As proof, I have learnt to still love my family without liking them. Like other wars, some day this one will also end. Hopefully, everyone will see that forgiveness is more valuable than holding grudges. Please don't misunderstand; I'm speaking about you and your family. As for Putin, he will be a prisoner inside Russia. If he ever tries to leave it, he will be arrested and tried in The Hague for his many war crimes. Thank you for sharing that precious piece of your personal life.
