I watched the Jurassic Park episode on mushrooms and had a fantastic fuckin time..watching again to revisit that experience (minus the shrooms!)

MoonSpider

Yeah yeah!!!! Best way to spend the evening after a crazy workday

Luke Bennett

Refreshed my Patreon home and and saw this...and shouted Holeeeeeeyyyy shit whilst in a queue for shopping. Quite the embarrassment

HairyKnacker

You- yes you - kind Sir has made my Saturday night. I was wondering when new stuff was out as only back from holiday today and have been getting OSW withdrawal symptoms, I even considered watching the WOS today while working but Jurassic Park- back of the net Alan Partridge style

Huge fan for about 2 years. Glad to finally have joined Nogger U a few months back. Thanks for chronologically critiquing some of the best times I had as a kid and growing up watching the fed through its highs and lows. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Have a pint or 8 for me. #idontmindthesmell

This review was great, it felt like a weird alternate universe OSW. When you announced the next movie i marked out, It's one of my top 10 movies ever and i can't wait to hear your boys' feelings on it.

Luke Bennett

Hey bros and brahs - seriously this is an incredible film review. Not that you need selling on it. But seriously the swerve of having V1 hosting *chef kissing hand motion. You guys are the best. If for some reason you need to sell people on joining NoggerU this may be the best film review to show them (though I have a HUGE soft spot for the Alien(s) reviews. Also, you ever thought of doing Under Siege? I don't know. It just came to me - also I realise that the film reviews are nominated by $50 backers, so it doesn't matter if you have ever thought of doing Under Siege. Aaaaaand I'm rambling. All love. Ahhh Ooooouch Raaah

Mr. C

I have just finish watching the review and I have to thank you guys for an awesome job. Props to you V1 for taking over the host role from Jay you did a solid job driving the review. Got to say I love all the wrestling allusion because it just makes the review stand out and adds to the fun ( T-rex being Hogan and the Raptors being Macho is pretty funny when you considers what happens in Jurassic World.). 10/10 lads

Luke Bennett

Chandler , thanks for nominating Jurassic Mark ! Amazing choice

Vallohms

awwwww shit it's new OSW Day!

Josh Whittier

I loved it! You didn't mention that when dr. Grant couldn't figure out his seat belt in the chopper. He used the female ends and tied them together. It was foreshadowing all the dinosaurs at the park were female.

Mr. Fretz

One of the very first movies I saw in theaters! Other than my old hockey rink showing random kids movies in the basement (Rescuers Down Under, Mighty Ducks). Many good memories! Loved the Sega game intro, played the shite outta that game and hated it lol!

Andy Smith

Amazing review lads! Have you considered reviewing 'the King of kong' THE ultimate face vs heel movie and essential viewing for any video game fans. You guys would do a hilarious review I'm sure

Captain McKay

Awww yeaaahhh. Loved this movie as a kid, and still put it on every now and again when the mood hits. Have I been mistaken my whole life? I thought "Brontosaur" was a non-specific (and inaccurate) classification meaning all the giant, long-neck dinosaurs? IE Brachiosaurus would be the one with nostrils on top of his head, Apatosaurus would be the stereotypical "Brontosaurus" we would see in old Sci-Fi, etc? The science changes so frequently that I can't always keep up. But I, too, was a huge dinosaur mark as a kid with plenty of toys...reading books about upright, cold-blooded lizards...man, how things change. Great work as always, this was a great way to pass time on a Sunday morning!

Jay : I have literally listened to the Scooby Doo Episode over and over again and I have to ask what you’re saying at the part where Miz in the movie is scared to have to fight Kane. You and V1 are talking about how he has beaten Kane clean a bunch and then you say: “That’s terrifying...” (I don’t know what you say) Everyone laughs. It’s at 11:24 in the video. Thanks

K Riess

Surprised no mention of my boy Muldoon's Jimmy Bennett high shorts, high socks, and huge dad calves. Thanks fellas, amazing review.

Larry DuPreez III

Great review! I have many fond memories of seeing this movie as a kid. It was my first "date" when I was 11, which is in quotes, because my parents were there lol One thing I distinctly remember was the lady sitting behind us was super vocal, screaming "OH LAWD! HERE COME THE DINOSAUR!" during the Jeep chase scene. I also have fond memories of the Genesis (Mega Drive) game. It was the first game I've ever pre-ordered, and I loved playing as the raptor, since you get health by eating smaller dinosaurs, and you can shake the park guards in your mouth after biting them (woo!).

Joriss

Great review, and it made me think of what my favorite movie is and then suddenly, you guys announced it for the next review! Fuck yes!

Sean Raftery

The link isn't working for me 😔

The Trex/Raptors - Hogan/Macho analogy is perfect. Raptors carry the main event with 40 minutes of compelling storytelling, only for the TRex to insert himself out of nowhere in the finish to go over. Then he has to get in his hotdogging and grandstanding for the cameras as we sign off *dead*

Chris (The Yanimal) Yanover

Did you like the hotdoging the T-rex does after she cleans house at the visitor center? Kind of reminds me of the big show whenever he cleans house in the ring!

Taylor Vernarsky

The Raptors getting the Roman Reigns push and Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler being the John Cena and Nikki Bella of the movie! LMAO! Fucking dead! Excellent review, lads. After seeing this review, I went back and watched the first movie and fell in love with it all over again. Totally agree with you guys on this movie. It was certainly surprising to hear V1 take charge of the review instead of you, Jay. Although I'm somewhat disappointed that he didn't mention Sam Neill's greatest work as insurance investigator John Trent in John Carpenter's "In The Mouth of Madness." Seeing him lose his fucking shit in that movie...just magic.

Chris Robinson

Cheers I've got it now my chilled Sunday is compete

Frank Sowieralski

I posted this on your wall but I need an answer so I’m posting it here too: Oh my gawd! V1 tryed to gaslight us AGAIN. It was LITERALLY in the same episode where a fan pointed out that he “forgot “ about the circus! Super Brawl 7: You boys were talking about the Pillmam angle and V1 said: “I love this storyline!Brilliant!” Then during the episodes Aftermath he was talking about the angle again and he said: “Everything else sucks... ... I didn’t have any time for the Pillmam shoot angle?” Dafucc? V1 is my favorite but this almost seemed like it was on purpose? Who’s getting shoot fired for this one?

Alex Levy

Tremendous guys, just finishing watching this with my partner, lots of fun! Definitely agree that this movie just has iconic scene after iconic scene.

OwesTomNook2Much

Jaws = X7; Jurassic = Mania 25, the best parts in the middle. Well maybe Mania 30 because everybody leaves happy in the end.

OwesTomNook2Much

P.S. Shame on you for mentioning Laura Dern without mentioning Blue Velvet!

Wingless

Fantastic review! I'm proper stoked to see more.
