Disenchantment is okay, but I think it tries to hard to not be cliche that it ends up being cliche.

Fun story about the ending of Shattered Memories (no spoilers). I'm kind of an asshole when it comes to guessing the end to something, so while playing the game with friends I was SURE I knew the twist. I wrote it down on a piece of paper and put it in my pocket. When the ending played out and we sat there slack jawed and stunned, I pulled out the piece of paper and ripped it up haha.

Hey Jay, nice to see you (literally) :) I really can't get myself to finish the first episode of Disenchantment. It's so boring that I'd rather do anything else than watch this. Maybe some day I have the inner peace to watch it without my mind drifting away.

Hey Jay! I only managed to watch the first couple episodes of Disenchantment myself before giving up but after watching your review, I might give it another watch. It's a really minor thing but it really bothers me that Elfo always wears an orange shirt and blue shorts.

I seem to be in the minority here - I really liked Disenchantment. It started reasonably slow, but from episode 5 it was great and even the earlier episodes had a few moments that made me laugh. All views are my own.

Jay! If you like the idea of horror without combat have you played Amnesia or SOMA? Frictional love that stuff. Pretty sure Amnesia was on PS+ and SOMA has been hella cheap before.
