Hiyoooooo!Hope you enjoyed the quickie Rumble 2020 vid!  I can't give modern WWE 6 weeks of my time but it can have one  day :) I was asked about this on YouTube, thought you guys might wanna see! This isn't a video of me watching the Rumble live, it's me working off my notes talking to a white screen (kayfabe: shattered!), which I photoshopped out, put in the Rumble footage, skew it so it fits the tv, then shopped the bezel of the TV frame back in! (I actually learned how to skew in Power Director for this video)

Here's a step by step:1. The Rumble footage2. Rumble footage resized and skewed into the size of my TV as it appears in the shot3. A cutout of the bezel of my TV4. the finished composition!#2 was the most laborious as I had to get the footage within the thickness of the bezel so it's borders could be hidden. Oh! That bezel function works by moving the little blue squares you see here in PowerDirector:

This format switching between me and footage of the PPV also means with a bit of creative editing, I can get it up on YouTube and completely avoid waiting 6 weeks for it to be approved by YouTube! Yayyyyyyy!

...*Salem voice* And now you know the secrets!

Lol. Alrighty back to working on KOTR '94! (i'll update when we're further along)  See ya in the funny pages  :) J

I honestly wouldn’t mind you to continue doing these kind of videos if the modern PPV is worthwhile! I mean yes I very much miss Maffew and V1 in the long form style, but we still get some bitsized OSW goodness and the important cliff notes. If you keep doing, I’ll keep watching :)

It looked really good made it feel a bit more intimate like it was almost a watch along

That was incredibly nerdy yet really interesting at the same time. The fact I didn’t even question it when watching the video shows how natural and seamless it seemed. Good job, Jay!

And they say the Japanese are sneaky. Great video Jay.

Smelly marks don't know any better... so wait, this video could go live instantly simply because the majority of the content is in a small tv screen? Aka, like every botchamania?

Awesome work, Jay. I miss working in PowerDirector. Premiere is such a bulky, bloated program sometimes.

Very cool idea and I liked how you presented it. One thing you could do to top it off, but I don't know if it will look shitty in the end, is to put a blue/green background on your TV, so you could even wave in front of the monitor using the chroma key. *SCENE 1* [Jay points at screen] Jay: "Look out ma boy! You are getting Pearl Harbored!" *END OF SCENE 1*
