Wrote up my thoughts on the first season of Charlie Brooker's dark-tech anthology. Check it out here & lemme know what you thought! OSWreview.com/media/black-mirror-s1

I found with Shut Up and Dance that I spent most of the episode annoyed at the hacker and feeling sorry for the kid. Then when you find out it what he has been watching it does make you go back an re-evaluate how you felt about what happened to him. The Waldo Moment was also memorable. Complex issues and informed debate undermined by taking the piss and playing to the crowd. I found it so infuriating and sadly quite accurate. The Entire History of you was chilling. I can imagine playing back conversations. Every little glance or little lie or error revisited and dissected for meaning. It was clever to start off showing up the advantages. I would love to get a little prompt to remember some peoples names.
