Backlash 2000!! My personal favourite PPV event of all time. Rock & Austin are faces, but not friends. But they both are battling against the McMahon-Helmsley regime. Vince and Stephanie are pure heels, joined by Shane, Patterson and Brisco. The build up storyline was incredible. The PPV - including the undercard - is superb. The ending is the LOUDEST crowd pop I've heard. And best of all - pure bollix surrounds it, and it's so much fun!!!! To me, there was never a non-Mania PPV that beat it. And....it has a 5 star singles match between Malenko and my BOY Scotty 2 Hotty 👏

Couple of suggestions: WCW Monday Nitro Dec 25th 1995 (has macho vs flair), the Xanta Klaus story line (WWF), WWE Raw Dec 24th 2001 (has Bubba claus VS Tajari Claus, Wilson vs Keibler in an egg nog match).

Santa with muscles has to happen at some point right!

Michael Reeves

Maybe the greatest Christmas movie of all time, Die Hard. It was a longshot, but I rooted for WCW last year. With the release of Iron Claw, my suggestion might be a little bit more relevant. Merry Christmas everyone!

Matt McKnight

Anything where you have to say the name PAUUUULLL a bunch

Gonna throw in some garbage by suggesting ‘Santa’s Summer House’, from the director of ‘A Talking Cat!?!’, David DeCoteau. A whopping 2.4 IMDb score guarantees a holiday classic that will stick with you for years.

Joriss

Goldberg Santa’s Slay

Rob Patch

I think we need to see the lads review “Jingle all the way” you got Arnold, Jake Lloyd, a big show appearance, and Phil Hartman! It’s my fave Christmas movie of all time

HMcKormick

I think you guys would make a great review of the Goldberg Christmas horror movie! Barring that, there was an episode or two of Raw at the end of 1997 that featured some Santa shenanigans that nobody really talks about. Vader in disguise, I think Stone Cold stunners a Santa... that would be a fun review.

Chris Robson

I'd like to see the Xmas Eve episode of RAW from 2001, highlights include new brah of OSW Maven vs Booker T (Respeccc) an eggnog divas match a backstage xmas party that results in a match plus an Undisputed Title match featuring Jericho, Rock & Angle

sean mcauley

jingle all the way 2 or santa's slay, cannot think of any christmas wrestling stuff

James Parker

Gotta be jingle all the way!!

Stuart Manson

The Star Wars holiday special or the Raw where Alberto Del Rio ran over Santa

Toblawonkenobi

A Muppets Christmas Carol. My favorite interpretation of the Charles Dickens classic

Billy Mason

Santa With Muscles, preferably with Allison and Phelon

Pat Moreau

In Your House 5 Seasons Beatings, so much you guys could have fun taking the piss out of Savio Vega gets attacked by Xanta Klaus, Santa's evil brother, HHH vs Henry Godwinn in a Hog Pen match, Taker vs King Mabel coffin match. Plus a Bret vs Bulldog title match.

Graham Clark

It's pretty well treaded territory but Santa versus the Martians is so amazing.

Andrew Nava

"Christmas from Baghdad" aka the 1st Tribute from the Troops

Jules

Anything from TNA or AEW or WWE <3 Cheers and Happy Holidays!

virmegator

ECW's Massacre on 34th Street

Glenn Ferrara

Beach Brawl 1991 from Herb Abrams' UWF. Terry Gordy vs. Johnny Ace. Bob Backlund defeated Ivan Koloff. Wet'N'Wild (Steve Ray and Sunny Beach) defeated Cactus Jack and Bob Orton, Jr. (with John Tolos), among others.

DIE HARD

Kevin Ross

Terry

You basically gotta: A full official episode on Raw’s Christmas 97 episode.

Channel 8

Santa and the Ice Cream Bunny - Infamously bad movie starring the most inept Santa in history

Andrew

Wrestling: The RAW Christmas episode from 1999, mainly because it prominently features The Mean Street Posse. Non-Wrestling: The It's Always Sunny Christmas special.

Leigh Warin

Paul Wight's Jingle all the way.

Andrew Brown

Doctor Who The End of Time Parts 1 and 2

Tom Hunter

Whatever the Smokey Mountain choice was from last year. Nothing says christmas like ginger nip hair

Mr. Samuel Scratch

Probably FAR too short-notice, but I would LOVE to know your extended thoughts on Spider-Man 2 (or even both games).

StonewallKOTDM

A bit selfish but, hey, you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. How about my #1 favorite Christmas movie of all time, Black Christmas from 1974? It was written and directed by the same guy who did A Christmas Story AND Porky's! It's a sorority slasher movie that pre-dates just about every other entry in the genre, as well as pioneered several conventions present in many of the later films (Halloween, Friday the 13th, When a Stranger Calls, etc) It has a dynamite cast of Keir Dullea, John Saxon (of Nightmare on Elm Street fame), Margot Kidder (Lois Lane in the Chris Reeve Superman movies!), Lynne Griffin, Art Hindle, and the lovely Olivia Hussey (from Romeo and Juliet, Jesus of Nazareth and the It 1990 TV movie) It's pretty old, not owned by a major movie studio (so copyright might be pretty easy to navigate) and its available on the Peacock, so all 3 of you might already have access to it! I know this is totally out of left field and very unlike something you lads would normally review, but I am really passionate about this movie and I would LOVE to see my 3 favorite Irish brahs tell me what they think of my favorite Christmas movie!

Taylor Vernarsky

Again, I'm going to think outside the box and go with "Bad Santa." It's a very underrated Christmas movie that I feel doesn't get enough love along with the likes of "Home Alone," "It's a Wonderful Life," and the million different adaptations of "A Christmas Carol." But what other Christmas movie will you get to see Billy Bob Thornton punch a little person in the dick? I mean come on, no contestu (or however its spelled when V1 says it).

Mark of Minos

John McDonald

Starcade 88 - December 26th, 1988. It has Luger

Launchpad McQuack

Santa with Muscles. Has Hulk Hogan in it and is apparently horrible lol

Kav

I think Santa with Muscles is going to be hard to beat but I'd be remiss not to point out that 'Winter's Tale' (2014) is one of the most relentlessly baffling films I've ever seen - and I don't just mean among popcorn flicks. Arthouse films like 'The Fountain' and 'Valhalla Rising' were way less mystifying. As a little teaser, Satan is in it... ...and he's played by Will Smith. I swear, there's not a single moment of that movie where you won't be wondering why the filmmakers made at least one of the choices onscreen (except the classic black hat/white hat Heel... horse vs. Babyface horse fight. That's just solid booking).
