This week, I have a long-overdue Retronauts Radio episode for you. I believe the last time I recorded and assembled was of these was back in May of last year, and, as I mention in the episode, there's a good reason for that: New boutique-label music shipping took it on the chin during last year's supply chain crunch. But boy did the industry catch back up with a vengeance this year; this episode only covers about half the releases I wanted to cover. So please look forward to the Fall 2022 episode in a few months.

No music listing for this one, because it's all cited right there in the episode! Edits by myself, and groovy artwork by Amanda Pruitt.

As a fellow video game ost vinyl enjoyer, the radio episodes are perhaps my favorites. I'm happy they're back! So many out-of-stock vinyls are getting re-presses these days, too, that it's catch-up season in more ways than one! Looking forward to what you'll have in store.

Love these episodes. Idea: $10 tier for a Retronotes monthly episode? There's quite a range in tier price, so it might be lucrative.

Always love these radio episodes Jeremy, thanks for doing them.

Retronauts Radio is back, baby! And you even threw those mad lads from Anamanaguchi in there <3

Solid episode - I love these. Thanks for putting them together. I really hear a lot of City Pop influence in the Outrun music. Driving, but easy to listen to (and with great bass lines!)

Man, the one time I check to see if there’s a track list. Great episode, tons of bangers, I’ll have to listen again and take a few notes.

Great episode. I'd forgotten how much I loved Retronauts Radio eps. I have a strong memory of the episode which featured The Luminists "Metroid Resynthisised" and being so creeped out listening to it while out running in the dark. Fortunately, nothing like that here!

Loved this, especially the Bubblegum Crisis segment. I recall importing the first three OAVs on vhs and tracking down some soundtracks like, 30 years ago. The song “Mysterious Night “ is a cover of a 1985 French pop hit called “Johnny Johnny” by Jeanne Mas (https://youtu.be/_Ws1wlWAZ4U). Keep up the good work!
