Is there a way to sync the steam version with the patreon builds? I would really just like to play these updates from the launcher.

I'm afraid not, but you can move the saves over manually. Just make sure that you have DISABLED the cheats before you do so. We cannot promise stability between versions if you've kept god mode enabled when you move the patreon saves over to the steam version.
