Fixed game freeze on black screen when loading very old saves that have a specific Savannah F6 quest step tracked

Vulnerable debuff now provides a damage multiplier instead of doing nothing

Targeted debuff now provides crit damage multiplier instead of base damage multiplier

Fixed a crash that occurs when Chimera Kimeratek 0-0 takes damage from an unknown source
