They'll only become breedable if $20 patrons vote for 'variants' instead of genderbends or more monsters later on when the direction vote is made.

The vote won't be until the game is much further into development. At which point they planned to have the vote to determine if the monster's variants will become breedable or if they add in new monster to the game (the remaining votable monsters) or add in genderswaps for monster currently in minus Chimera. Unless they get a lot more funding, they only plan on one being implemented.

It's important to note what Conter said above: chances are you won't be able to get everything. I.E. it'll probably be a choice between variants or more monsters or genderbends. Also that not all the variants will be in, as Foxy confirmed above that the first variation (Pygmy, Grazer, 0) won't be bangable.
