Note:

After downloading, Import the fresh .obj in zmodeler then apply all the materials and textures after thats done save it as .z3d and open your vehicle.z3d, then merge the toughbook55 model. 

The laptop can be a bit big or small. 

EDIT: In the pics there is a black background for Panasonic logo, because i was not using the badges Material, in GTA 5 it will go away if badges material is used on the panasonic logo only.
