Because Ronnie needed another reason to hate her job.

Spent most of the last 24 hours icing and heating sore hand muscles - sometimes I lose track of how much I've been arting and computering, need to be more aware of that in the future.

I know alot of people would say they are being dumb, I mean they are right. Assuming the mom is actually 'just having one' and not 'having one' all the time. I know a guy who has diabetes and I asked him if what he was eating was ok, he said he was fine. Years later he's still around, just fine. But I do see what Ronnie is angry about. It's a slippery slope when you go by the 'just one' philosophy. Suddenly one becomes two, then four then eight, etc. That being said, little Ronnie was right, he did end up with diabetes so..... guess just one did hurt him.

You're probably right on that, but still I've never really been in the mindset that when a doctor says "Cut back" that it means dropping it entirely. Everything in moderation is how I look at it. A burger a month ain't gonna kill ya..... unless it's poisoned, or tainted.

Soda? For this diabetic it has to be diet, preferably the Sucrose kind. (One of the others, ( the most common one) if subject to above 110 degrees F turns into a mild brain poison.) But I really get that the little one is so lovingly concerned, and actually, rightly so.
