Livestream and Mirror Website Updates! (Patreon)

This is still one of my favorite sketches of tiny Ronnie.Ended up having to get a new headset - but it's arrived safely and works great, so going to do a livestream this Saturday at 7 pm Central Time. I'll be catching up on Patreon rewards, (the wallpaper and that dang Emmitt comic), and catching up with all you awesome folks in the chat!Another reward that's been in the works is FE's mirror website. For a long time, I assumed the mirror website would be an independent one I created and maintained, but the webcomic world has evolved in a way where that might not be the best solution. There's plenty of good reasons to have an independent website, but one of my main reasons for wanting one was complaints from some readers, who had difficulty navigating the Smackjeeves site and asking for something more mobile-friendly. An independent website was the best solution to that problem at the time. However, since then a lot has changed in the webcomics world. Many mobile-friendly hosting sites have popped up, and the readers having trouble accessing FE's site weren't asking for an independent alternative. Instead, they wanted FE to be posted on these mobile hosting sites. Especially on Tapas. (Formally Taptastic.) It makes sense to me to pursue this option - instead of trying to direct folks to my site, I've always found more success in going where they already are and sharing FE there. So I've been researching a few mobile webcomic communities, and this coming year I'll experiment with mirroring FE on two of them: Webtoons and Tapas. The pages will have to be reformatted, but that means it's an opportunity to sneak in some fun extras ~ And of course I'll be posting progress here first for patrons! Thanks for reading through that Wall of Text, hope everyone had a good New Year's celebration, definitely want to make 2018 a great year! As always, you guys are awesome, thanks for your support!
