I apologize for the delay in posting this, first week of self-employment turned out to be a lot more intense than expected.

Because I'll visiting family over the holidays, my primary goal for this month is wrapping up current projects and setting up everything I'll need when January starts. That way, I can dive into the new year drawing and update regularly again.

The biggest project being wrapped up this week is for the Bovine League. Writer Andre commissioned a series featuring each League member - nine total! Andre's already posted one of the finished images on Kickstarter, but thumbnails some of the different ideas are shown above.

Another unexpected project has become updating my health insurance for the next year. I thought I could re-enroll in my current plan, but my changing income status affected what I qualify for. A good chunk of this week has been spent talking with reps and collecting paperwork to send in for an appeal. If there is someone in your life who helps manage your health insurance - be they a parent or an HR rep at your office, give them a hug. They've earned it.

With patron rewards, I am keeping track of commission and Wall portrait requests. The Wall of Awesome updated before leaving town, the commissions and wallpapers will be completed when I return in time for the new year. Also prepping two new short story comics for January and February. If you have questions or concerns about your pending rewards, please send me a private message - making sure you get the rewards you're promised is very important to me!

And of course, I'm sketching out the next few pages of the main FE comic. One of my goals for 2019 is to create a backlog and work back up to two updates a week, by creating batches of pages at a time. FE will continue to update once a week for January and February, hopefully by March there will be enough of a backlog built up to start updating more frequently.

WHEW, that's a lot of text.As always, thank you guys so much for all your support!

Aaaah, health insurance. It's so much more complicated than it needs to be, imo... *snuggles HR rep* Good luck with all your projects, and I hope you have a lovely time with your family.
