This is amazing. Re: Diana's outburst: I'm getting the impression that when she says "I'm trying," she's trying to make Louis happy even though she doesn't reciprocate his romantic feelings... like, she thinks if she gives it time she *might* be able to feel that way about him, and in the meantime she can try to *act* like it and make him happy. Which, that's kind of sweet but also really a mess, like, no, honey, don't do that, I don't think that's going to work out. Now I'm tempted to headcanon Diana as aro-ace. But of course, she doesn't have to have that orientation to just not really want a romantic relationship with a specific person, or not want a romantic relationship at this point in time. Man I have so many thoughts on this... anyway, kudos!
