When I originally started this arc, it was going to be direct reflection of Brian's Day. But after all the time and rewrites, this arc is far and away it's own thing - and much better for it. Most importantly, the point of Brian's Day/Diana's Day was to explore Brian and Diana in their own lives, and their relationship as siblings. I am very much looking forward to drawing that as this arc finally wraps in the next several pages.---

I feel bad for Diana. She got herself into this mess in many ways, but at that age, that's to be expected. She just worked a lot harder to get there than most.

I really wonder if this will, eventually, illicit any form of kindness or sympathy from Alice. I know she won't forget this interaction, but will she understand what Diana's going through and how hard she's trying? Will Alice feel a little sad for her? I do.
