Coast Way. A winding road through windswept grass and farmland. Heavy rains often soak the ground causing the path to become thick with mud, while whisps of fog blow off the coast and over the hills.

Map Notes. This map could be used for any generic road/travel random encounter but was intended to serve as an encounter map for the Knights of the Shield with farmer Kaddrus from Descent into Avernus. For the setting of the map, I envisioned rugged, windswept coasts (drawing inspiration from the SW coast of England or a path through the moors), with rocks jutting out from the grassland. A simple map away from the hustle and complexities of the city.

There are 4 variants for the map: day/night, and rain day/night.
