The top voted Chapter 2 Waterdeep map - Lightsinger Theater!

Details were sparse for the theater - some sources listed it as very modest, while others leaned towards a more lavish setting. I opted for the latter. Most sources listed it at approx 30 seats and 3 stories tall so I tried to stay true to that as well.

Using the footprint from my city map, we end up with a circular foyer with a golden chandelier hanging in the center. Two curving staircases lead up to the private booths on the second level (where your players will meet with Mirt). The lower level has a main set of doors at the back leading to the seats with additional hallways leading down to the sides. Backstage we have a well appointed dressing room, prop storage, and cast entry.+

On level 2 we have more prop storage with an eclectic mix of items from various previous productions. This level also provides access to the catwalks above the stage and seating (which if you wanted to use this map elsewhere could provide some stealthy options for players to try and sneak along and eavesdrop on the private boxes).
