Welcome to the Cassalanter's Villa in the Sea Ward of Waterdeep - a display of opulence at any cost....

This was a big one - lots of levels, lots of specifics!  Let's start with positioning this one on the site - it took a while to decide how to do it as the book mentions the 'grounds' and an 'outer gate', but the map included doesn't show this.  Ultimately I settled for what I had in front of me - a GM's Map of Waterdeep that shows the Villa as such - sitting on the street without much of a 'grounds' or setback - it also puts it much more in line with other maps such as the Gralhunds (which clocked in at 45x40, because we both know the Cassalanter's care that theirs is bigger...)

Use this map on its own (attachments below), or grab the full set of Waterdeep Dragon Heist content:

Otherwise things are pretty well by the book - odd sizes, too-small rooms, and all.  For example the Cassalanter's own 3 carriages - but only 1 fits in their Coach House as drawn.  They also have a staff of 10 cooks - which occupy a tiny kitchen on the main floor.  There are likely a few other small oddities similar to this, but I did my best with to balance 'true-to-reference' and what could actually physically work.

Hey! Thanks so much for the maps. Do you know where to put the FVTT file for it to import into my system?

Hi Troy, thanks for becoming a Patron! I'm not sure what VTT system you are using for your game? The FVTT file (is a "universal battlemap" .dd2vtt file) and works with a number of different systems. I label it as FVTT (Foundry VTT) as that seems to be one of the more common platforms after Roll20. To use it in Foundry you will need the Universal Battlemap Importer module to get it up and running. I'm not sure if you've seen this post yet, but it walks through some different ways to import/get set up on Roll20 and Foundry: https://www.patreon.com/posts/57279651
