My Experience with Local AI Video Generation (Patreon)

After about 4 days of researching, learning, and testing local AI video generation, I realized that generating AI videos locally is extremely, extremely, extremely inefficient on my current PC.

The biggest problem was the rendering speed.Generating a single 5-second video took around 25–30 minutes.

The results themselves also weren’t very good, and because each render took so long, testing and adjusting things little by little became incredibly inefficient.

It also put quite a bit of strain on my computer, so I’ve come to the conclusion that AI video generation just isn’t realistic for my setup right now.
