The Monster Hunt (Patreon)

Hey folks,

So over the past sorta 9 months, there have been a lot of new characters arriving, but with the exception of Flamedramon and Chris Walker, the monster side has been a little lacking. So with my downtime, I'm looking for inspiration...

...is there a non-human creation that' you'd love to see hammering Drift till he screams it's name?

...is there a tentacle monster you'd love to see it explore Damian's body inside an out

...is there a monster that only Dante himself would dare take on?

Feel free to comment, or jump onto Discord and send pics (I don't think you can do it on here) no guarantees on everyone will join the DJU, but I've been a bit out of touch of late, so you guys know best :)

Just lookin' for ideas/concepts/potentials at the moment :)

Okay, here's my thing about the monsters. The average number appearances for each boy is 11.6. The average number for the monsters is 4.8. With multiple monsters appearing in only 1 (And most of those being the year everyone appeared in october) I don't think that the monsters need to spike their average up to be 11, but I do think there are several monsters that should be explored beyond their 1 appearance 2 years ago before we start adding in new monsters. My feelings right now is the monsters are turning into flavor of the month Where it's like "YES! ADD THIS MONSTER" he gets used once and everyone goes back to ordering regens, plants, or venom, and we just have another monster sitting on the shelf waiting for the randomizer to give them a chance at a pack. Before we start adding monsters, I'd rather explore monsters like wisp, prowler, The Beast etc who have been used like 1-2 times and then just put in stasis. Maybe they won't catch on, but I'd rather explore the current line up more before we add more. There's a lot of underused potential in the line up before, rather see story telling explored in them instead of adding something that will be a hot commodity for a month or 2 and then disappear from use basically.

i'll be honest. i'm not a gamer, and pretty much a video game virgin. my knowledge of monsters honestly is from myth, legends, and folklore. i learned a lot on here, thank you. but the ones that stick out to me would be say shapechangers (skinwalkers, ect), and the ones feeding off energy and performance (incubus, ect). maybe a variation of medusa, a male verson who turns penis into stone lol

I've always had a crush on Prometheus, the engineers from the movie. That bald head, huge body. He could crush me and then split me in two any time.
