Roadmap for 2026 (Patreon)

So with 2026 rapidly approaching, I use the New Year to freshen up the place if needed. So any restructuring, significant changes etc, can take effect and it's a clean slate.

Pricing

No price changes for tiers. Still the original price it has been since 2019!

Tiers

No changes planned for the Tiers in regards of content.

Tier 0 - 6 images from the content. 1x from each of the main packs 2x from Mega PackTier 1 - 2 of the main voted packsTier 2 - all 4 voted packsTier 3 - all 4 voted packs and the bumper MEGA Pack + animations when ready

Content will still be backwards compatible.

So for example, if someone joins Tier 2 on January 3rd 2026, they can enjoy all content on Tier 1 and Tier 2 from January 2026, to August 2019.

Monthly restrictions or PPV will NEVER be part of my content.

Characters

When new character arrives in 2026, a Debut Pack of 5 images are released to all Tiers. The content released however due to recent feedback, depending the character might be more suggestive than full blown naughtiness, so they may be more SFW than NSFW.

So a poll was created last month to see who is popular amongst everyone here and looking over them, it is very clear who are popular and who aren't as popular. This helps to work out what characters you love seeing, and what may need some extra love and support, or characters that may just have reached the end of the road maybe? A Monster poll will be generated over January as I ran out of time to do it over December.

There are currently no plans to retire characters at this stage. In the event characters are retired, they are still selectable for the Random Patreon Pick Pack, and the Mega Pack, as well as the annual commission rewards. Released content with retired characters are always monitored for enjoyment too, so if Ronin returns in a set and blows up with interest, he may return to active.

Content

The content will remain 8 images per set for the mains of which there will be four as normal, with 16 images for the Mega Pack.

The Mega Pack will vary slightly.

Rather than the winner picking a Star Character, and then 10 for the randomizer to play with to add dramatic tension. From January, the winner will pick 5 characters. This will then go straight to Patreon vote canceling out the randomizer. The character with the highest vote will get to play with the Star Character. In the event of a tie, then all the winning characters will feature alongside the Star.

Animation

The animation roadmap so far is for Season 3 of the DJ Shorts to be completed by this time next year. I also have a couple things in the background on the slow burn too, but perhaps more on that later. Season 3 features numerous debuts of characters who have yet to be animated, such as Luke Sullivan, Cal Kestis and the House of Ashes duo, Jason Kolchek and Nick Kay to name a few, so lots happening!

Animations will release as a bonus extra onto Tier 3 upon completion as normal and available in 1080HD. Animations have an exclusive window before appearing on the website, which is three months. So after this time, they'll be viewable on www.dantejackal.com in 480SD resolution. This is so non-Patreons and non-Tier 3 subscribers can still enjoy the animations. The only exception to this currently is the DJU animation featuring Alex and Joe and the really early animations - cause those are cheesy and cringy lol.

Universe Building

The DanteJackalUniverse has been formed mainly over Discord, and has had a few packs spawned from it, so I wanna do more of this as it builds foundations and makes sets hit home/more intense or storylines fleshed out resulting in partnerships and things.

Examples being Drift and Dante have a very strong benefit friendship and at it like flipping rabbits. Damian's mental health state following Nightwing's murder, and subsequent self doubt with his content; and Samuel's dark chapters of his family history and his interest in mythology...

As a result periodically SFW images may drop to grow the universe. (Similar to Damian recovering under Cal's care, Jann's birthday party and Luke throwing a Halloween dress up Party) This is all time constraint restrictive, but the SFW additions will be available for all tiers.

SFW posts will be public made posts so everyone can enjoy the bonus. No roadmap on when this is posted, it is as and when.

That's it for now regarding tweaks off the top of my head.

Resistance 3 is gonna launch on Christmas Day. I've got about 26 hours to do the last 3.5 minutes of audio before the big day, and compile all 420 shots, 12 transitions and I don't know how many sfx off the top of my head to link together and create a pretty MP4 file at the end of it. Super thanks for your understanding and support surrounding this monster. Including the time spent before my Hard Drive exploded and had to restart,

Resistance 3, has taken almost 3 years, features 3 guys, 3 monsters, 3 rounds of naughtiness, has a runtime of 33mins, 33seconds (that was mainly a coincidence admittedly), and 'may' now add 3 new characters to the DJU (depending their reception)!

See.. told you the number 3 was important ;)

Beyond the big event, the normal content drops ill happen on December 31st this year rather than January 1st, so 2026 is a clean slate. Lots of concepts and suggestions from Discord are being reviewed to become image sets too, so if you're not on Discord, get on the server and post your dream wish list away! - amongst other things too obviously.

But mainly, thank you to EVERYONE, whether its someone spectating posts, on a subscription tier or someone who drops by once or twice a year for a month at a time to see content. Whomever you are, my humble thanks for all the support.
