Happy Birthday Dante! (Patreon)

Hi folks,

Just wanted to interrupt your feed with a special birthday celebration, that of DmC Devil May Cry, and by extension, Dante himself.

It's been 13 years since it released and the last decade for me changed for the better thanks to this boy. I gained a new found confidence, felt able to show off my story telling, explore a side of me that I didn't really know about. I've made some amazing friends along the way too. Working on content featuring him and the birth of the DanteJackal Universe by extension of that brought me through darker times, and times where I thought all was lost. So yeah although he's fictional, I owe a lot to this guy, for which I'm eternally grateful for.

It's the 13th year of Dante and the 9th year of the Jackal.

Did I know 13 years ago how much this guy would change my life? Not a chance...Would I go back and change it? "Not a chance in hell"

So yeah, at some point today, please raise a drink of whatever your favourite tipple is and give him a happy birthday wish, and here's to years worth of more content to come :)
